By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise engaging with any aspect of the services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

In these Terms, the following capitalised terms carry the meanings set out below unless context expressly requires otherwise.

To register an Account and access the gambling services available through the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Providing false information during registration, including misrepresenting your age, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
4.1 Each individual user may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under different email addresses, names, payment instruments or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
4.3 7777sk will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 7777sk that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
4.4 You must notify 7777sk immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account. Until such notification is received, all activity conducted under your Account credentials remains your responsibility.
Before processing any withdrawal request, and at the Platform's discretion at any other point, you may be required to complete identity verification by providing documentation such as a government-issued photo ID (CNIC/NICOP), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending satisfactory completion.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. When enabled, a time-sensitive code is required in addition to your password at each login. This materially reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your Account and associated funds.
5.1 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and accepted standards of online conduct.
5.2 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform:

6.1 All deposits are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or converted to the Account's display currency at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are subject to change at the operator's discretion.
6.2 All funds deposited must originate from a payment instrument lawfully held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited. 7777sk reserves the right to request proof of payment source ownership at any time.
6.3 References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are provided for user familiarity and context only. They do not constitute an endorsement, partnership, guarantee of availability or confirmation that these providers support gambling transactions. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to operator and provider policies at the time of use.
6.4 Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly upon successful processing, but 7777sk accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank clearing times or technical issues outside our direct control.
6.5 Where cryptocurrency deposit options are available (subject to operator confirmation), transactions are subject to network confirmation times, applicable gas or miner fees and currency exchange rate volatility at the time of crediting. We do not guarantee the availability of cryptocurrency payment options in Pakistan and users must independently verify the regulatory status of cryptocurrency use in their jurisdiction.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method held in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
7.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will have withdrawal requests held pending satisfactory document submission and review.
7.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per method per transaction and per period. These limits are set by the operator and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the Account cashier section.
7.4 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, operator internal processing schedules and the outcome of any applicable compliance review. We do not guarantee specific processing windows and expressly disclaim any warranty of "instant" withdrawals. Indicative timeframes are provided for guidance only.
7.5 The operator reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request where circumstances suggest the need for additional verification. During any such review, the relevant funds will be held pending completion of the review process.
7.6 Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal from a balance that includes Bonus funds can be processed. Where the Wagering Requirement has not been met, the Bonus and any associated winnings attributable to it may be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
8.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion ("Promotion Terms"), which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between Promotion Terms and these General Terms, the Promotion Terms will prevail for that specific offer.
8.2 General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless the relevant Promotion Terms state otherwise:
8.3 7777sk reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice where required by technical, legal or commercial circumstances. Any modification will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active wagering.
8.4 Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, using Bonuses in a systematic manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or creating multiple Accounts to claim a promotion more than once — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
9.1 All bets and game participation are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, which are published within the Platform. In the event of any technical fault that results in a game or bet result being unclear, disputed or materially affected, 7777sk reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake to the User's Account.
9.2 Cricket markets, PSL/T20 competitions, ICC tournament odds, football fixtures and UFC events are provided as betting markets on the Platform. 7777sk has no official affiliation, partnership or sponsorship agreement with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League, the International Cricket Council (ICC), any cricket franchise or any other sports organisation. These references are used purely as sports context.
9.3 In-play / live betting markets close automatically when the relevant event ends or upon detection of a system anomaly. Bets placed after the official event end-time will be voided. Real-time data feeds are provided by third-party suppliers and may be subject to minor delays; 7777sk accepts no liability for decisions made based on delayed market data.
9.4 Where a manifest error — including an incorrectly stated price, odds, event detail or payout calculation — has occurred due to human error or system fault, 7777sk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the bet appears to have been settled. Winnings paid in error remain recoverable.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational use in connection with the Platform. No other right or licence is granted.
11.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior express written permission.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7777sk, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
12.2 7777sk's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.
13.1 7777sk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, withhold or forfeit your Balance, and restrict your access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice if:
13.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of applicable KYC and AML checks, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its licence. In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter amicably through the Platform's formal complaints procedure.
14.2 Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other relevant legislation. 7777sk does not represent that the services are appropriate, available or lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
15.1 7777sk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2.
